Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes, Erin Heatherton, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge and Lindsay Ellingson are among the models who will walk the show. The broadcast will also include red carpet interviews, model profiles and the behind-the-scenes footage.
The fashion show is produced by done and dusted, inc. Edward G. Razek, Monica Mitro, Ian Stewart and Hamish Hamilton are the executive producers. Hamilton is the director.
This year’s extravaganza, to be taped at Lexington’s Armory in New York around November 15th, marks the return of supermodels Miranda Kerr and Doutzen Kroes.
Australian model Miranda Kerr will be in charge of modeling this year’s stunning creation. On the catwalk, Kerr will don the “Treasure Fantasy Bra”, a jewel encrusted bra worth $2.5 million. She was absent from last year’s show due to the pregnancy of her son Flynn, born months ago. Kerr is currently married to actor Orlando Bloom.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was born as an internet-only event in 1995. It has been a yearly fashion event since, making its debut on national tv in 2001, when ABC was in charge of broadcasting the runway show. Since 2002, the VS Fashion Show has partnered with CBS. It is the most watched fashion show in the planet, with a worldwide distribution in hundreds of markets.
